PARK HYATT TORONTO

The Park Hyatt's restaurant, Joni, follows a farm-to-table approach with locally-sourced produce and meats. In a recent campaign, their kitchen staff visited Tamarack Farms, an ecologically sustainable local supplier in eastern Ontario. Watch the video we created with them to see where their food comes from.

We also worked with Park Hyatt to showcase their newly renovated 'Writers Room' rooftop Bar, as well as their latest dishes being served at Joni.
